Targeted Mail Merge
Using the Targeted Mail Merge option, you can quickly and easily create mailing lists of your customers, vendors, and employees, merging the Sage BusinessWorks data into a Microsoft Word document, and then print the document or e-mail it to the mailing list.

Custom Worksheets
Using the Custom Worksheet function, create views of the Sage BusinessWorks data, filtered and sorted just the way you want it. You can then launch Excel from this option and send the Sage BusinessWorks data directly to the assigned workbook. Custom Worksheets are also useful for importing data from other Sage BusinessWorks companies.

Attachment Manager
Use the Attachment Manager to attach OLE objects such as sound files, bitmaps, Word documents or Excel spreadsheets directly to the Sage BusinessWorks accounts, customers, vendors, parts, jobs and employees. You can link existing or create new OLE objects to link to the entity, view a list of attached documents, and even launch the applications to view or edit the attachment, directly from within Sage BusinessWorks.
