User Security
Each user is assigned a unique user id and password controlling their access to the program and helping to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your financial information

Your may customize each user’s access to your Sage BusinessWorks data and protect the confidentiality of your financial information. A tiered approach to security enables you to access by user ID, company ID, module, menu, and option. This ensures that users have access only to the features and data that you select for them.

Backup/Restore
A data backup proves invaluable in the event something unexpected happens resulting in the loss of your primary data source. Sage BusinessWorks includes a simple, Wizard-driven backup/restore function guiding you through the process step by step. You will be prompted automatically to perform a backup prior to executing certain tasks such as month end processing.
